I’ve encountered some really traumatizing, near-death experiences that have allowed me to learn to appreciate every minute of my life. That’s why I’m here to tell you my story. I don’t really like to talk about my personal life, but Mindset has given me a safe space to open up about my experiences. I’m someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks, so if you go through the same things, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been working on myself through therapy which has helped me learn to love myself more.
