I’ve encountered some really traumatizing, near-death experiences that have allowed me to learn to appreciate every minute of my life. That’s why I’m here to tell you my story. You may or may not know this, but thoughts of inadequacy, insecurity, and guilt often cross my mind. Through it all, I’ve learned to forgive myself. I don’t really like to talk about my personal life, but Mindset has given me a safe space to open up about my experiences. I’m someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks, so if you go through the same things, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been working on myself through therapy which has helped me learn to love myself more.
